here's my submission for Illustration Friday's "Rain"...I was going to paint it, but then I ran outta time. Then, a bunch of rabid monkeys stole my paints, and I had to chase them all the way to Omaha and battle the Giant Squid Bee, it was pretty trying on my ever-receding hairline. Oh, and there were cute kittens with razor sharp claws, who tried to knead my flesh off. So, yeah. There you go.

Oh my goodness, what an adventure! You're definitely excused from not painting this pic. ;) Not that it need painting, I like it fine this way! Very expressive and original.
PS. Those kittens... gaaaah! It must have been a narrow escape! We should all fear the cats, small or big. (That was my cat typing)
